I am not running Helix framework, but I just managed to get a few files uploaded by going into Cpanel and toggling off and then on: fileinfo extension in the PHP extension selector. I'll keep an eye on this and report back if it continues to work. I did just manage to upload a few jpgs, pngs. So ... hopefully this will stick. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY!
